For patients outside Hyderabad, or anyone who would rather ask before travelling to the clinic, an initial conversation can happen over a video call.

• Useful for a first opinion, for reviewing existing X-rays or a treatment plan, and for planning treatment around a trip.
• A video call cannot replace an examination. Anything involving a diagnosis, a probe or a scan needs you in the chair.
• Send your photographs and any X-rays beforehand so the time is spent on the answer rather than on collecting information.

A video call is a conversation, not an examination. Anything needing a probe, an X-ray or a scan has to happen at the clinic. Whatever you send stays in the WhatsApp chat and is not uploaded to this website.
